records, this car was originally fitted
with Body No. 1138 with a long wheelbase
SR standard 4-door Saloon; claret/black;
6/1926.
Michael Hay, in his book Bentley:
The Vintage Years, 1997, states:
"Vanden Plas body no. 1138. 7/30
"Bottom half of cf SE 15 fitted." Engine
SR 1415 fitted to ch. 1224 1931."
