"I have recently acquired a photo of Bentley Reg. No. UV 6791, originally the property of Sir Malcolm Campbell. On the back of the photo is the message "Richard Wheatley's Bentley, before he started on it." The photo shows the car with pristine engine and chassis, but no coachwork. The photo has come from a house clearance with a number of other photos with various family names recorded on the back."

"This car was rebuilt by Richard Wheatley and Brian Morgan in the 1950s. I have a copy of their book entitled The Restoration of Vintage and Thoroughbred Cars with several photographs and much information about the car which may be of interest to the current owner of the car..."
