  More Info: According to original Vanden Plas Coachbuilder records, this car was originally fitted with Body No. 1513 with a 4-seater Sports; black fabric/black paint; 8/1928.

Michael Hay, in his book Bentley: The Vintage Years, 1997, states: "D/7143. Vanden Plas body no. 1513. In Africa for many years reg B 1 with 4 seater, Speed six front axle. Now Vanden Plas tourer by Cook."
