According to original Vanden Plas Coachbuilder
records, this car was originally fitted
with Body No. 3246 with a sporting 4-seater;
blue and red; Finished in March 1923.
Delivered to A. E. Cunliffe.
Michael Hay, in his book Bentley:
The Vintage Years, 1997, states:
"Vanden Plas body no. 3246. 3 seater.
Engine now 635 ex ch. 636. Used for
sand racing (Cunliffe)." |
