Bentley 3.0 Litre Tourer with Vanden Plas style body

The car was returned from Africa in 1951 at which time the current Vanden Plas style touring body was fitted. Consequently it has had time to mellow with age and develop a period patina!!!

The coachwork is finished in a deep navy blue that suits the car admirably. The body is very very tidy in very good all round condition.

To the interior is lovely red leather contrasting strikingly with the blue coachwork.

Twin side mounts impart an imposing and vintage look to the car.

The car ia a full hood & weather gear, although the current owner tells us it has not been often deployed during his long tenure of the car.

The car starts readily and is very original under the bonnet with a neat & tidy engine bay. We have not yet driven the car but are informed that it drives just as it should and has clocked up a thousand or so miles in each of the last 5 years.

We will fully service the car prior to delivery to its new owner.

A beautiful car and great opportunity to acquire a WO without entertaining the strataspheric prices of some of the other models.

This car is marked as 'Sold' on 'Vintage and Prestige Cars' website as of Feb 4, 2009.
