This sympathetically restored 4.5 Litre benefits from a Phoenix crankshaft and conrods. The meticulous mechanical restoration ensures this car is really bullet proof. Previously owned by RW Hogg who successfully raced the car from late 1940 through to the 1950s. This car now benefits from authentic Le Mans styling including 42 gallon fuel tank. It has a current FIVA passport and has recently completed a tour of New Zealand and competed on the Bassano historic rally.

"My father, Joseph E Spooner of Sheffield, purchased Bentley KW 4020 in 1933. I have recently being trying to trace what became of it and found the photos of this car. Same number plate but can it be the same car? Surely not. Dad sold it in 1937 and even kept the mileage figures from when he bought it to when it was sold. I do have two photographs of the car taken on my parents' touring honeymoon in 1935."
