Le Mans this year provided more thrills than it has ever done in the past. Indeed, I am not sure that it was not the most exciting race of any kind to be held for at least five years… The bonnet was never lifted, throughout the race, on No. 4, the winning Bentley — a wonderful testimony to the engine's reliability.  Continued...
