The question to ask is why didn't Sedgwick, Hay and the BDC list year of the car with the chassis lists in their books? It would have been helpful if Hay's Bentley: The Vintage Years, 1919 - 1931 had actually used factory record Model Year dates for each chassis number. Hay does not separate the models years and it is a good question as to why.
