Description
This is a rare, very early example of the 3 litre Bentley on the short 9‘9½‘‘chassis. Of this model – known as "Short Standard" – just 194 were produced between 1921 and 1923!

This early 3 litre was first delivered to Gidlau Jackson in London in August 1922. The further owner’s history is very well documented. After WWII the car stayed in New Zealand for a longer period. 1990 it returned to England. Via Holland it finally found a new home in Germany, where the car was part of a distinguished Bentley collection.

The car is today in a wonderful condition with the nice slight patina you expect from a W.O. Bentley. This 3 litre comes with a FIVA paper and “Works Build Sheet”.
